What
does it mean that you dry clean any garments for $3.99?
It’s exactly what we mean. We will dry clean any item you wear
-be it a coat, pants, jacket, dress, skirt, tie or sweater for the low
price of $3.99. We charge per item. So if you have a 2 piece suit- that
counts as 2 items. Sorry but wedding gowns, beaded, leather, fur or
down-filled garments are excluded. If you have leather or down filled
items we can clean if for you at the leather and down prices.
How do you keep your
prices so low?
Our operation is very efficient and we have eliminated costly overhead
like paying rent in Manhattan. As a result we are able to pass the savings
to you. Rest assured that our primary focus is quality. We take care
of your clothes like they are our own. If you are not satisfied, let
us know within 48hours of receiving your garment and we will gladly
clean your item again free of charge.
How
does your wash and fold work?
In your first order, please order a Flat Rate cleaners wash and fold
laundry bag. Once you have this bag, simply fill it up with your laundry
and we will charge you a flat price of $17.99 per bag. We will deliver
your laundry back to you neatly folded with your Flat Rate cleaners
bag ready for your next use. It’s as simple as that! No more weighing!

What
happens if I am not home?
If you have a doorman, you don’t need to be home. Leave your items
with your doorman for pickup and delivery. If you don’t have a
doorman and are not home during your scheduled delivery/pickup time,
you can designate a neighbor. If you are not home during a scheduled
delivery and your neighbor is not home, simply reschedule your delivery
time by clicking the Order Now icon (link to Order now). Note that in
order to keep our prices low, we will be charging a $1.00 reschedule
fee per occurance.
What
if I have special care instructions?
When you place your order, you will be asked to specify any special
care instructions that you have. Rest assured that your garments are
in good hands.
What
if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If you are
not satisfied with our service please contact us within 24 hours of
receiving your garment and we will gladly clean your item again for
free.
What
if my order is less than $10, will you pickup and deliver?
In order to keep our prices low, we have to keep our operation efficient.
So unfortunately, we will only pick-up and deliver when your order is
at least $10. Rescheduled appointment fees are excluded from the $10
minimum.
Do
you have next day service?
We currently don’t have next day service. We plan to offer it
in the future and will provide details on our website.
What
is your typical turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time is 4 days. It may take a day longer during
the weekends
Is
my credit card information safe?
Yes. We take security very seriously. All sensitive information is encrypted
before being transmitted over the Internet and is stored on secure servers.
If your credit card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately.
Do I have to tip my driver?
You are not obligated to tip your driver. You will receive prompt and
courteous service whether or not you tip. However, if you choose to,
you may acknowledge excellent service with a nominal tip.
How do I know if my garments have been picked up or delivered?
You will receive email confirmation after your garments have been picked
up or delivered.
