Doorman buildings:

Place an order before 10PM and we will pick up your items the next day. Please leave your items with your doorman or concierge by 9AM. We will deliver your clean items and leave them with your doorman or conciege as soon as they are ready. Currently this is about 4 business days after pick up.

If you place an order after 10PM we will pick up your items in 2 business days.

Non-doorman buldings:

We offer convenient evening delivery hours as late as 10PM. Each delivery time window is 2 hours in length. Currently our delivery time slots are 6PM-8PM and 8PM-10PM.

You will be prompted to schedule a pickup and a delivery during the order process. You may designate a neighbor in your building to receive your garments if you won't be home. However, if neither you or your designated neighbor are home during a scheduled pick up or delivery, you will have to reschedule and will be subject to a $4 reschedule fee.
